Cargostore Sponsor FC Den Helder Boys Football team to commemorate Den Helder depot opening
Following on from their recent expansion into Den Helder by opening a rapid response depot, Cargostore Worldwide opted to sponsor a local boys football team – FC Den Helder with a brand new kit. They chose to do this as Den Helder has been a key location for Cargostore in their expansion into Northern Europe, and this would be a positive way to give back to a community which has done so much for the company.
The team of 13 year old boys were in need of a new kit having worn the previous kit for a number of years, and Cargostore were pleased to provide the team with a full match kit as well as training jerseys.
Guido, Manager of FC Den Helder said the following “The kits are a fantastic addition to the team, and it has made the players look and feel professional! Many thanks to Cargostore for the sponsorship and we hope the kit brings us good luck this season.”

Similar to our depot in Eemshaven which opened in 2018, The depot in Den Helder will operate a rapid response service whereby customers can request equipment on an ad-hoc, fast turnaround service, or even collect the containers on the quay themselves due to its strategic location.
The expansion was implemented to match the growing demand for DNV certified CCU’s in the Dutch Oil and Gas Industry, whereas the depot in Eemshaven is stocked and situated primarily for offshore wind. By operating them both, Cargostore can supply all projects in the Dutch North Sea more efficiently, which further cements Cargostore’s position as a leader in fantastic customer service in the DNV container industry.
Cargostore had a great time at ADIPEC 2019, our busiest and biggest conference yet.
